I only got one of my products but ordered two?
- Due to our products sometimes being shipped from different suppliers your products may be delivered on different days and in different packages. If you have waited longer than 20 days for the second product just give us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we will look into it.
What do I do if I received the wrong product or the product is defective?
- If this has happened to you, we are truly sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and how we messed up. We will take care of you and make sure you get the right product at no additional cost. We are only human and do make mistakes, but will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
Do you ship worldwide?
- At the moment we only ship to the US with ePacket, but stay posted and we will add more alternatives shortly.
